The two-part query should be contained within the text of the mail with no attachments. The first part of the query is to be a two to three page synopsis including information about the writer, credits, background, and the second part to be a complete outline of the manuscript. If there is further interest, 3Wire will request a complete manuscript or book, or a specified portion, depending on the level of interest.
If the material is deemed publishable, 3Wire will forward a short list of agents and/or mass-market publishers seeking the genre submitted.
